Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full at time of shipping. We accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Please make checks payable to Baker Designs.
Returns
All sales are considered final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, you may return it for a replacement within 7 business days from the delivery date. You must call for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before sending anything. Otherwise the shipping department will not accept your package. We will issue a UPS call tag so the merchandise will be shipped back at our expense. Please write the number clearly on the top of the box.
